Limnos Wines, logo design
for the local Agricultural Cooperation
According to the myth, the Sirens were sea nymphs with a female head and bird-like body, who attracted the sailors of the ships that approached their island, through their luring song.
The logotype is a representation based on the sirens' figurines that were discovered in the chancel of the Great Goddess in Hephaestia, Limnos.
Reinforcing the location of origin and as part of the logo one can also see the stone amphitheatre of Hephaestia, but also the propellers of the vineyard, depicting the main product of the local Agricultural Cooperation.
